Profil PT Piaggio Indonesia

PT Piaggio Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang industri otomotif yang fokus dalam produksi skuter.

PT Piaggio Indonesia merupakan Agen Tunggal Pemegang (ATPM) beberapa motor buatan Italia, diantaranya Vespa, Piaggio, Moto Guzzi dan Aprillia.

PT Piaggio Indonesia didirikan di Indonesia tepatnya di Kawasan Industri Jababeka pada tahun 2020 dan mulai beroperasi di tahun 2022 ini.

Pada tahap pertama merek ikonik Vespa akan menjadi produk fokus dari kegiatan operasional di fasilitas ini. Vespa pertama dari dan untuk Indonesia akan diluncurkan pada akhir 2022.

Kapasitas produksi dari pabrik Piaggio di Cikarang memiliki kafasitas 10 ribu unit pertahunnya.

Technical Trainer Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Experienced as a Trainer for minimum 5 (five) years in automotive industry (preferably from the 2W industry)
3. Understand about the technical and product training for an automotive products (preferably 2W products)
4. Able to travel frequently or as needed
5. Excellent teaching ability
6. Great communication skills
7. Great to excellent command in English

Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct and evaluate regular training program for dealers, whether it is inhouse (PID training facility) or at dealer's premises
• Prepare & update current training method & material to keep up with the current technology, trend and regulation
• Increase competencies standard for dealer's team from time to time
• Conduct Pre & Post Test in each training session to asses:
• Understanding / improvement gained by the participants
• Effectiveness of the training as part of the internal evaluation
• As part of the evaluation whether the participants passed the training or not
• Conduct Training Certification as part of the competency acknowledgement & technician career path
• Propose activity or initiatives to increase level of technical & non technical competency of dealer's technician and staff
• Support other department in correlation with technical need (homologation & events)
